We’re halfway through a fantastic British summer and to celebrate, you can attend free captioned performances beneath a summer sky on the banks of the Thames this August.
London’s Free Open Air Season at The Scoop at More London is presenting The Thebans, two fully staged productions inspired by the ancient Greek city of Thebes. Both shows will take place on Thursday 29 August.
Prince of Thebes, Thursday 29 August, 6pm-7pm for family audiences
Oedipus and Antigone, Thursday 29 August, 8pm-10pm for adults
These performances are FREE and seating is on a first come, first served basis. There are no tickets, so make sure you get there early to ensure a good view of the captions. We have reserved seats in the best place to read the captions – contact us if you’d like to join us in the best seats for captions.
You’re welcome to take your own food and drink but no glasses.
